More Music

Can we all agree that this music is questionable?

Maybe's its my age and conservative New England upbringing: I prefer traditional church music. That said, I also bluegrass gospel and Celtic music.
I was recently reading an old book [fiction] where now standard hymns such as "Will There Be Any Stars In My Crown" were viewed as trite in message value.
As to the music in your clip--repetitious, trivial, anoying---to my sensibilities. I have to admit that I wouldn't be attending a worship service where that sort of "music" was a fixture.

um, YUCK! If all else the music is sadly - c'mon! You had to pick that? ROFL. You gotta be kidding, right?

Give me Casting Crowns, Andrew Peterson, MercyMe, PhillipsCraig&Dean, Jeremy Camp, Steven Curtis Chapman, Michael W. Smith, Michael Card, Steve Green, David Phelps, Selah, Newsboys, Mark Schultz, Fernando Ortega, Phil Keaggy any day. Occasionally some Petra to hearken back to the day.

Easy with the judgmental shaking of the heads... ;-)

Lol. Maybe not inappropriate -- just odd and silly. It would fit perfectly in many kids shows that are already at least as cheesy :-P.

I don't think it's going to make it to "Mel's Favorites" CD.

Good to see that you have a sense of humor.

At least, that's what it looks like.

So are you going to start making fun of the music of the 60's and 50's and 40's now. "Muskrat love" perhaps.

Catchy little tune although, gotta love those outfits....makes me dream about my old double-knit suit I wore to church as a kid.
